How many flight hours are included in the program?

The program plans for approximately 10 hours. Approximately 8 hours of training and 2 hours for the checkride.

Do you accept students with Commercial Single Engine and no multi-engine experience?

The program is designed for commerical single-engine pilots. This is an add-on to an existing commercial certificate.

Are there any minimum hour requirements beyond Federal Aviation Administration standards

We use 61.63(c), which does not require any additional aeronautical experience or a written exam.

Can my Part 141 training background be credited in any way?

As long as you have your commercial single-engine certificate, you qualify for the add-on.

How long does it usually take from start to checkride completion?

We plan for a 5-day training footprint. The first 3 days will be ground and flight training, the 4th day will be flight only, and the fifth day will be your check ride. Please note that this schedule is projected and not guaranteed, the footprint is subject to change at any point.

Is housing provided during training?

Unfortunately, we do not provide housing.

Do students usually arrange their own accommodation, or do you have any recommended options nearby (such as hotels or short-term rentals)?

Yes, students usually find their own accommodations. There are plenty of local options, with some in walking distance.

I am a U.S. permanent resident (green card holder). Is there anything specific I should be aware of or prepare before starting training?

Yes, you will need TSA approval. See 49 CFR part 1552 for details.
